Heyyo Porters:
BUSY BUSINESS
Go have a blast porters!; Eck’s Port’s as good or better than cable television all the while exercising your mind reading. In trying to do a good job my dual hope, again, is that yourselves be authentically saved and accommodatingly fulfilled by scoping some finer contributory creativity (please be thanked to achieve!) as far and as fine as poems are. There is one more especial topic of notice for you, porter(s): this Website is not presently on Facebook and Twitter somewhat mostly because this is an Island Port and not a club or activity other than quite fine reading to read (though as based in basic faith, this appertains the Church of Christ Jesus my Lord). I’ve sub-titled this page “Not so ‘Christianese’”: many-a-time spiritual matters are discussed, especially concerning the Pentecost-Christian religion, some types of people may become offended and tempers may even flare during what masquerades as an otherwise healthy discussion; other than all that, there may just be a general misunderstanding taking place (just like an English speaking person usually will not fluently comprehend the Chinese language, there are scores of people who do not put two and two together as far as what being a Christian is truly all about). When I call this page “ask Eck” and / or “not so ‘Christianese,’” it is in an honest effort and attempt to shed light on a subject that is often addressed, but just as often misquoted: it can sometimes be a language all its own. That doesn’t necessarily have to be the case: it is meant to be understood by some even though others may scoff at it – in the end, and through my two poems again found herein this page, I pray it may not seem so much as Christianese, but just plain easy to understand (it cannot take away from what you may already have in God, but will only be a benefit!).
ALL ABOUT THE DOUBLE (2!) POEMS LANDED ON “ACTS & ECK”
The poems found this page are respectively from the ‘Psyche Poems’ Category (here, titled “All Things New”) and then from the ‘Faith Stand Poems’ Category (there, titled “The Kindergarten Question”) in the newer Book. These two offering are both poet C. T. Eck’s latest and greatest, up to the point where you, too, may understand God-worship and Apostle-teaching-Christian (‘Apostolic’ for short) Sunday events, up to the place where we, too, can be friends (Should. Would! Could?).
Farewell,
Ecks-Port pro, c/o C. T. Eck

1 / 2 "All Things New" [poem]
by poet Eck, C. T.
Every day you can learn something new
Every week there is another opportunity to grow
Each month another chance for victory appears
With more new years pages often duly turn
When you find others making your day
So can you daily affect others for better
As you keep on the outlook for new blessings counting
Know how far you could be someone special yourself
Are you looking for a new friend?
Be a friendly kind-minded person to show
Are you searching the sky for a certain star?
Become a higher example before your favorite is found
Worship is a choice over the world as a vice
Where certain old news persecutes you in one city, move to another city
Stop in at the local churchhouse for a Christian event
Listen to the preacher whether he is standby or new
Tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift
We cannot weep words, but we can paint weeping
Art does something words cannot, in addition to language
Foster growth knowledge transportation in allowing all things new

2 / 2 "The Kindergarten Question" [poem]
by poet Eck, C. T.
Approach me unhesitatingly unqualifyingly
Asking to me “the kindergarten question”
“Would you like to be my friend?”
Come up to me in the classroom
At the bowling alley, in the subway
Over upon the wood bridge, in the picnic sun
And ask unto me “the kindergarten question”
“How about us becoming friends?”
Whenever I feel lonely for a new buddy
Life comes calling speaking loudly sternly proudly
Why do you not see out another pal-o?
Whenever you are in a new area with unpredictable
Circumstances ever to beat your brow from the unknown
Why do you not just ask “the kindergarten question”?
“Could you use me for a friend?”
What is “the kindergarten question”?
It is innovation par excellence
It can fathom the components of the picture you are after
Because, especially since kindergarten, making friends is simple:
Ask and you will be given a brand new friend
One at a time
“Can we be friends?”
Also known as “The kindergarten question”
Just like in kindergarten leisure time
Or be it across the snack table
Quickly but professionally appropriate a new bud
Use “the kindergarten question” yourself soon
“I wish you for a friend, to be one of mine!”
“I will be this friend shown to you”
It is
Friend then
Friends
The neighborhood lights are on
