Heyyo Porters:
GET YOUR HEALTH TIPS!
Over here on the “Ecks-site” page, we stay excited about a fact: to start off with one great health tip, remember to not gag when you brush your tongue at teeth-brushing time, by first inhaling long and also pressing up slightly with your tongue muscle as you brush upon it (and don’t stick the toothbrush too very far back as you do, whew!). I don’t share too many scriptures around here, but one stand-out position for this page is (in ‘Proverbs’ 4 [bold is mine addition; from Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)]): “My son, attend to my words; consent and submit to my sayings. Let them not depart from your sight; keep them in the center of your heart. For they are life to those who find them, healing and health [Hebrew – medicine] to all their flesh.” Helps to know and can’t hurt to practice, so be sure to “taste and see” that the Lord is good in this way. A really fine health tip, in addition to proper rest and nutrition and drinking plenty of water, is to stretch your body: stretching before and as you get in shape via exercise helps when you ease on up to it (then you at least know if you’re hurting or sore and where). Even if you don’t practice regular bodily exercise, stretching can keep you flexible, enable you to move about more easily, keep you aware of yourself as you “listen” to your body, can lift your spirits, and may even affect your blood flow to areas of your body that don’t receive enough attention involving movement.
ALL ABOUT THE DOUBLE (2!) POEMS LANDED ON “ECKS-SITE”
Both the poems found this page are each together from the ‘Instant Classic Poems’ Category in the newer Book, respectively titled “Ratiocination” and “Meet And Meat.” Each of these two poems found this page line up really, quite really well, and come across as poems you might remember long after hearing them or seeing to them, and these you can fulfill, too, if as you wish.
Farewell,

1 / 2 "Ratiocination" [poem]
by poet Eck, C. T.
Sometimes the worst thing you can do
Is to jump abruptly into a cause
Sometimes the best thing you can do
Is to do what you know to do
About when you know to do it
My dutiful responsive approach
Is the resource of the set foundation
Defiant, deficient, and derelict
Ambitious, friendly, and cunning
Differing depending on the calling
To the quick of the chase
Or to the end of the gamut
Where the start of the beginning
Is like the length of the movement
You tried to do your best
But that is not all you had to give to
When once right counsel is kept
Then might and strength powerfully combine
Spirit renews and refreshes triumphantly sound

2 / 2 "Meet And Meat" [poem]
by poet Eck, C. T.
When the sky sings the sleek light blue hue it most often is
And the clouds chance bright pink in the sunset skyscape
I like to think of baby colors in that blue and that pink
And remark how those sparse once-in-a-while evenings are ideal
For boy and girl or gent and maiden to meet together
In a world where the pink clouds look like cotton candy
And the elaborate parking lots of SuperCenters and MegaMarts
Resemble the quarter-mile long lots for parking at amusement theme parks
All the world’s for us to enjoy with all the things therein
Even the poor among the richer can embark on a journey
Of free thought and wild imagination tamed by the morality of choice
So choose to make love strong when love is not strong enough
Reestablish encouraging to bring two together on these days
Of seeing the world as a place to try out scents and sights and fashioned wonders
Thanking God for the food you get in gratitude that you cannot create this stuff
But yet it sits on your table ready to nourish
And even sounds so good in consideration of choices
And as the sunsets differ and leave a trace of coincidence
May every new morning balance with a sunrise of parallel passion
Zeal for life and the true and then the mercy first to show
To showcase the real of experience and the rejoicing of hope
